How I work
Before any major decision — a product launch, an acquisition, a property — I want to understand the asset, the numbers, and the risks. Eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve taught me discipline and logistics; a decade of engineering at scale taught me systems; running my own businesses taught me what it costs to keep promises to customers. That's the through-line: a technology-driven, owner's approach to everything I take on.
