The construction trades run on spreadsheets, whiteboards, and phone calls. I'm expanding the same operations-automation playbook into manufacturing software for the construction and glazing industry — quoting, job tracking, and shop-floor workflows that replace paper without demanding an IT department.

Co-founded and operated the digital transformation of a brick-and-mortar retailer into a seven-figure global e-commerce business — international logistics across four countries, a distributed team, multi-currency finance, healthy margins throughout. Bootstrapped and profitable.

A decade of engineering at scale

• Meta — agent infrastructure for Business AI, the platform that lets small businesses respond to customers autonomously across WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Previously Reality Labs, where I led build-system modernization for 1,000+ critical workloads.
• Qualtrics — architected a plug-and-play agentic AI framework adopted by 20+ teams in its first week; before that, led modernization of the identity platform serving Global 500 clients.
• Microsoft — built Azure services for Intune managing millions of Windows devices for enterprise customers.
• U.S. Army Reserve (2015–2023) — led the migration of Army logistics onto a modern SAP platform and trained hundreds of personnel on it.
